We are currently recruiting for a Sales Person to join a growing organisation based in the West Midlands. We're seeking a vibrant individual to join a small team on a permanent basis; With this role you will gain the opportunity to build your skills within Telesales and work alongside a fast paced and friendly sales team who will be there to support you.
The role is to sell a range of credited Training qualifications on a national and international basis.
The responsibilities of the Sales Person:
" Responding to enquiries about training courses
" Discuss course content, venues and costs etc with prospective Clients
" Actively promoting training opportunities and up-selling
" Resourcing companies to contact and being pro-active in the sales approach
" Generating leads and follow these up with a Sales Executive
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
" Must be able to work hard and be reliable
" Ability to demonstrate and to liaise with a various clients and decision makers
" Self-management and ability to work on own initiative
" Ability to deal liaise with a range of clients and decision makers ranging from a private delegates through to Senior Managers, Managing Directors and business owners.
" Organisational and time management skills
" Able to work to targets and work to a sales plan
" Be a good team player
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Salary depending on experience, £18,000 - £20,000
We are looking for a proactive sales person to work using an existing database of customer to encourage new business growth. This position offers a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to develop within a sales environment and to learn new techniques to utilise your skills.
You will currently be working as a Sales Executive, Telesales Executive, Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Corporate Sales.
