Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 base salary, with a market leading UNCAPPED bonus scheme

The ideal candidate will have worked as a recruitment consultant or be able to demonstrate previous telesales experience with a proven track record of overachieving sales targets. You need to be a people person who can build relationships with all different types of people including candidates and clients at all levels. This role is all about networking you will need to be confident on the phone building relationships and able to spot business opportunities with your clients.
All we ask is that you have a natural talent for sales and good organisational skills, we can help develop. To be successful in this position you will need to be highly motivated with a hunger to succeed & achieve a huge earning potential!
Key Skills, Experience & Attributes Required:
·Some experience of dealing with the public / professionals over the phone
·Trustworthy and conscientious
·A natural flare for building & developing relationships
·Diplomatic and articulate with a high standard of written & oral communication
·Excellent attention to detail
·Bright, Autonomous, Fun and engaging with a good sense of humour and the ability to work under pressure and multi-task!
·Must be self motivated with a real desire and hunger to be successful & earn extremely well!
