We are currently recruiting for an experienced telesales executive to join a well-established rapidly expanding logistics company in Quinton who specialise in Road, Air and Sea Freight. You will be joining a small successful sales team and the company offer a positive, progressive, modern working environment, free onsite parking and an annual bonus based on the team target being achieved.
The purpose of the role is to call existing customers to manage their accounts, identify new opportunities, cross sell and upsell. You will also be expected to bring on new business and talk to new clients to introduce yourself, the business and its services and conduct a fact find to identify a need and supply a quotation and follow up until closed, or generate appointments for a colleague to visit then on site.
You will work towards a team target and receive an annual bonus of up to £8,750 so are targeted as a team rather than an individual.
We are looking for a self-motivated proactive sales person with experience of cold calling and account management who can develop and encourage new business.
Please do not apply if you have no sales experience as you will not be considered. Office based telesales / field sales and office based account management experience is essential.
You will ideally have experience working within freight / logistics / courier services but this is not essential.
Due to the location of the company you will also need to drive to be able to travel to and from work.
Working Hours & Salary:
Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.15pm
1 hour lunch
£18,000 basic salary
Annual bonus based on team target / final figures
