We are looking for an Administration Assistant to who is keen to build a career working for a manufacturing company in Dudley
The Administration Assistant role requires good IT skills, particularly with the use of Excel, Word and accuracy when entering data onto systems.
Typical duties will include data entry, filing and checking of documents, processing orders and other paperwork associated with order processing and general office administration.
A good telephone manner is essential as the successful Administration Assistant will be required to deal with telephone enquiries from clients.
Initially to start on a temporary basis there will be a permanent role available for the right candidate. Must be available for immediate start. Hours of work are 8am -4.45pm Mon - Thurs and 8am - 12.45pm Friday.
