An exciting position has arisen for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a rapidly growing business based in Dudley. The main objective of the role is to process the payroll for up to 70 employees. This is a part time position. Monday to Friday, 10.00am - 15.00pm. The hourly rate will be between £11.00 and £12.00 per hour. The role will be temporary initially but for the right person this could lead to a permanent role.

The main duties will be:

" Responsible for weekly and monthly payroll for up to 70 employees.
" Processing time sheets, starters and leavers, overtime and bonuses, holiday pay, sick pay, auto-enrol, tax, national insurance.
" Resolving any payroll queries.
" Supporting the Accounts Manager with general day to day administration duties
" Supplier invoices, sales invoices, gas & electric procurement
" Ordering of company workwear and other consumables.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

" Payroll experience with Sage Payroll 50
" Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
" Good communication skills
" A flexible approach to work.
" Sage professional would be advantageous

This is an extremely important role, it is imperative you have payroll experience and can work part time hours Monday to Friday. The company will provide a competitive hourly rate and a flexible working environment.
