An exciting position has arisen in a Manufacturing company for a Customer Progress Administrator , this position is a key part of the sales team and if someone had a background in expediting that would be very advantageous. The position is due to growth within the business so it is an excellent time to join.
The main function of the role is to communicate with customers to ensure progress of all orders is maintained on a timely basis.
Main duties will be:
" Create and update specific client outstanding order reports on a weekly basis
" To ensure that production identify any items they are unable to produce on time, to enable us to plan alternatively.
" Resolving and communicating to Sales/Customer any late deliveries and assisting as appropriate in finding a resolution with production.
" Sales order processing and customer liaison
" Client outstanding order reports maintained
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
" Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
" Good communications kills
" Previous expediting experience an advantage
" Excellent organisation skills
" Strong decision making skills
