An exciting opportunity for a full time permanent Float Legal Secretary to join a successful Law firm in the Cradley area. This would be to cover holiday, sickness or maternity leave of the other legal secretaries within the firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a law firm who offer a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Audio & copy typing to a high standard - 55-60 wpm
  • Typing and amending letters, attendance notes, agreements and other documents
  • Preparing and drafting documents
  • Dealing with all residential conveyancing, commercial property, private client, family employment, dispute resolution, and corporate law related tasks.
  • Meeting and greeting internal and external clients
  • Wide responsive and professional support service to fee earners and clients.
  • Dealing with other ad hoc duties when required

Essential Skills:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary is essential
  • The candidate should be able to handle a varied workload
  • Should have excellent attention to detail and have experience using Microsoft office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary: £19,000 - 22,5000
