A chance to join this family owned company based in Tipton.....

Due to continued growth we are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy team. Ideally you will have previous experience in a reception/administration office environment, have the ability to multi task, prioritise and manage your workload, and the ability to work without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

To answer all incoming calls (via Switchboard) in a polite and friendly manner.
To announce calls to all staff.
To ensure that efficient and accurate messages are taken and emailed onto relevant members of staff.
To maintain an accurate call log.
To greet visitors in a pleasant and friendly manner and ensure they sign the visitors' book, offer and make refreshments when required.
Maintain a neat and tidy reception area.
To assist with daily office administrative requirements.
Any other tasks as required.

About you:

Previous experience working as a Receptionist/Administrator in a busy environment.
The ability to multi-task
Reliable and flexible attitude to work
Hard working
Well organised and pays attention to detail
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Able to organise own workload

Benefits.
Working hours 9.00am to 5.00pm
Salary £16,500
