Dudley - West Midlands


Salary - £30k to £38k plus commission

Our client is a leading UK specialist in security solutions in the commercial, domestic and Industrial arenas. Based in Dudley area in the West Midlands we have an ideal base to serve the UK & Ireland.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced, accomplished Commercial Sales Consultant to join a successful Security company in this newly created role.
As a Commercial Sales Consultant you will be joining a well-established and thriving Security business. You will be passionate about promoting the business while at the same time offering an excellent level of service which results in repeat business.

Responsibilities

  • Research, Identify and target prospective customers and develop sales
  • Develop existing and cultivate new customer relationships
  • Design CCTV, Intruder and /or Access in line with customer requirements and government regulations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / annual targets for installation order value, gross margin, and recurring revenue.
  • Build a sales pipeline to support the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly targets for growth.
  • Meeting monthly sales KPI's
  • Responsible for ensuring sales compliance and best practice in relation to the sales process and client experience.
  • Minimum £400k per annum.

Duties:

To be considered you should have:
Technical knowledge of CCTV /Intruder /Access systems. Engineers welcome, as are candidates with a predominantly Security orientated background.
Technical, solution-based sales background
Strong territory management and sales planning skills
Current UK driving licence
Understands importance of customer experience.
Passion for sales.

£30- £38k Basic salary plus 4% commission (Depending on experience)
