Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client was founded in 1972, with UK operations being centered at Redditch and 11 customer support locations the HR Manager will assume management responsibility for a compact HR Department. The HR Manager will have a strong generalist background, have worked extensively on employee related issues, performance management, D & G and be able to continuously lead the business in terms of legislative changes. The HR Manager will have a "hands on" approach and be able to offer daily support to the business - in terms of an "open door policy". It is likely the successful HR Manager will have worked in a similar role where they have been self-sufficient and managed their own administration and will hold the full or part CIPD qualification. The HR Manager will also be responsible for the company payroll; experience in this
area would be desirable. In return the HR Manager will be offered a competitive remuneration package.
The HR Manager will be responsible for providing strategic HR Support to the business as well as coaching and advising their employees to be pro- active with all processes involved with employee relations, recruitment, training and development as well as performance management.
The successful applicant will have experience coming from a generalist senior HR role ideally from a multi-location commercial environment as well as managing small teams to deliver objectives and MCIPD qualified. You will be able to demonstrate that you have managed the HR needs for a large remote workforce and be able to be up to date with best practice for the benefit of the business.
