Due to continued success we have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join a growing company in Studley on a 3 month temporary basis. This is an exciting and varied role where you will be doing a mixture of admin, customer service and some reporting so Excel experience is a must. The role will include analysing sales figures and producing reports and forecasting, producing daily and week end sales reports.
Administrator key skills include;
Good telephone manner and customer service skills
Excellent IT skills
Must be proficient on Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot tables
System and reporting experience
Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders e.g. warehouse, suppliers, buying team
The right candidate will have administration experience and excellent customer service skills. Salary will be £16,000 - £18,000. We will send an Excel assessment out prior to your CV being submitted as this role requires intermediate Excel skills. This Is a 3 month temporary contract within a growing company so there may be future opportunities. This is an immediate requirement so they need someone who can start as soon as possible.
