8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday
I am currently recruiting for a well-established company based in Redditch who are rapidly expanding and looking for an experienced sales administrator/sales order processor to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This is an immediate requirement so candidates will need to be available and not currently in a role.
will include answering telephone calls,
dealing with customers with a professional manner,
Updating customers with details of deliveries,
ensuring that all jobs are carried through,
assisting internal sales and purchasing teams by processing sales orders,
ensuring all paperwork is correct,
entering sales orders onto SAP Business 1
The ideal candidate will have fantastic customer service skills as you will be liaising with customers and giving updates via telephone. You will need to be confident and able to work off your own initiative. Experience with sales administration or sales order processing is required for this role. The successful candidate will be proficient with all Microsoft Office packages.
