Customer Service Advisor Redditch Permanent Full Time (Monday – Friday 9:30 – 5:30) £17,000 - £18,000 We are looking for an experience Customer Service Advisor to join our fast growing and established team in Redditch. The main objective of this role is to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Role and Responsibilities for the Customer Service position: • Process orders, returns and amendments, input new accounts and other administrative tasks. • Dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email queries from customers • Input new accounts • Update and maintain policies and procedures • Provide general support to visitors • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients • Liaise with other departments to handle requests and queries from senior managers • Performing routine administrative tasks including dealing with incoming and outgoing post, operation of standard office equipment. • Maintains positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers • Displays extensive knowledge about products and services The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience : • Friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent telephone manner • Efficiency, accuracy, attention to detail • Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent Customer service skills • data entry • answering telephone enquiries If you have the right skills and experience for this role, please APPLY.
