Full time hours Monday – Friday
Perm salary £20,000 - £22,000

Following a period of growth within the company the opportunity has arisen for a Scheduler to join a successful company based in Bromsgrove on a temporary to permanent contract. Initially this will be a temporary assignment but could become a permanent role for the right candidate. The Schedulers main responsibility is to create and plan visit schedules for consultants, locating appropriate spaces within calendars and liaising with clients to agree and arrange appointments.

Duties will include:

• Creating and maintaining work schedules
• Adding new business to tracker
• Maintaining data on tracker and data station, ensuring data is accurate
• To deal with all client enquiries in a positive and professional manner
• To develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers and clients
• Complete all related administration to a high standard
• Produce and maintain Excel spreadsheets as required

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Have experience working within a scheduling role previously
• Be able to demonstrate working in a fast paced customer service environment
• Be able to demonstrate high efficiency in planning, organisation and task management
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be able to prioritise own workload
• Be a team player and be able to work closely with internal teams
• Have excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills

It will be a distinct advantage to have previous experience working in a scheduling role or working within a fast paced customer service environment. This role is initially a temp assignment so I require candidates that are not currently working for this role.
