My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their rapidly expanding team as an Administrator. Working within the Financial Services industry this is a great opportunity for somebody looking for stable and progressive role to really kick start their career.

Main Responsibilities:

To provide efficient administrative support
Maintenance of diary management system, ensuring that daily workflow is completed
To be a point of contact for clients, life offices and members of the business
Undertake filing, photocopying and scanning duties when required
Update and maintain the data base


Experience, Knowledge/Qualifications & Competencies


Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills, along with an ability to work independently to complete the tasks set to a high standard and by the appropriate deadline.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge/experience of the financial services sector whilst not essential, would be an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
