If you have experience in travel, tourism or hospitality this is an exciting position to be considered. This a full time, permanent opportunity with a salary up to £18,000 depending on experience.
Duties will include:
• Rapport building with all customers
• To record and update information accurately
• Advise customers on estimated costs
• Making bookings for clients
• Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone
Skills and Experience needed:
• Experience with working within Travel and Tourism
• Confident communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
• Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
• Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
