Our client, a leading utilities provider, is looking for a strong Administrator to join their Operations team on a temporary basis in the Sheffield area.
The role is key to setting up the project details in our asset management systems so the attention to detail is key and the ability to challenge and ask questions is the data does not appear to be correct.
Some of the key activities include
" Project creation
" MPRN allocation
" Customer supply contract chase communications & administration
" Meter card data capture
Main duties will include:
General administrative support in a busy team environment
Accurately entering data onto speadsheets and an internal system
Filing, archiving and retrieving documents
Responding to emails
Daily use of MS Office
Answering calls from internal departments and stakeholders
Applicants must have admin experience, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and work as part of a team.
A working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is essential as the chosen candidate must have excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. An excellent phone manor is also required as you will be liaising with internal customers on the phone on a daily basis.
Hours - Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm, 40 hrs per week.
Candidates must be available to start asap.
