IT Helpdesk Advisor

Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a busy call centre environment?
Can you work between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays?
This is an excellent opportunity with full training provided to work for a leading financial services company based in Pudsey.
Main responsibilities will include answering a high volume of inbound calls from internal colleagues, logging fault details and working through an initial fault-finding process to diagnose 1st line fixes.
Applicants must have previous IT experience gained through either relevant education or work experience e.g previous help desk experience or IT degree / college qualification with strong customer service skills.
Initially working on a temporary assignment for 6-12 months with strong possibility of extension.
