Inbound Customer Service Advisor
£9.66 per hour, with increase after 3 and 6 months.
Working for a leading utilities provider currently going through a period of expansion, this is an excellent opportunity for applicants with confident communication skills and previous customer service experience to join a busy team and provide a first class service to customers.
Main duties will include answering a high volume of calls from new and existing customers, provide product and services advice, confirm bookings and appointments, promote related products or additional services, maintain an internal system with call details and work within set customer service and call quality KPIs.
Applicants must have friendly, confident communication skills, the ability to use initiative when handling more complex queries, the ability to build rapport over the phone and excellent attention to detail.
Previous phone-based experience is preferred however the company offers a full training programme. Applicants must have confident keyboard skills.
The site is open 7 days per week and hours will be on a 10 week rota basis including 2.5 weekends per rotation. Shifts will be between 7.30am and 8pm. Weekend shifts will be between 8am and 5pm.
Although the assignment is initially for a 6 month period, there is a strong possibility of extension and permanency.
