This is a unique opportunity working for a leading coffee brand as an Account Manager responsible for customer retention and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers. Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
You will manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationship with clients whilst completing customer controls and upselling cross sale products to maximise the potential of each account.
Ideal applicants will come from the coffee retail industry, have a passion for people, the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities and the hunger to succeed with a growing business.
Training will be provided, you just need to bring your personality, commitment to customer services and a desire to be the best.
