Oversight & Governance Consultant
£20-25k depending on experience

We have a unique opportunity for a committed, diligent and professional candidate with experience in the Mortgage arena looking to move into compliance, oversight and governance.
If you're currently CeMap qualified or working towards your qualification with a background in Financial Services, this could be the role for you.
The role will be responsible for conducting oversight and governance activities to ensure all aspects of administration relating to the lending portfolio are maintained in line with service level agreements.
Duties will include:
- Review calls and case handling to measure quality, regulatory and legal compliance on positive customer outcomes
- Process exceptions and referrals, prepare for escalation to management
- Review complaints to ensure customer grievances are promptly resolved.
- Collate and produce related MI reports
- Assist management in reporting productivity
- Working within SLAs
- Take ownership of own workloads and queries
Previous experience in a mortgages environment, part CeMap or qualified would be an advantage along with an awareness of FCA, Anti Money Laundering, Data Protection and Customer Confidentiality regulations.
Applicants will need to demonstrate a high level of customer service, excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow process and identify anomalies and effectively handle own workloads.
Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. (35hrs per week)
