Administrator / Staff Planner (medical)
£8.50 per hour dependant on experience
Temp to Perm contract

An exciting opportunity has come up for an enthusiastic, organised individual who has a passion for candidate resourcing, booking staff, and/or recruitment to join a leading workforce company based in Leeds that doesn't involve cold or warm calling to drum up business.
Maintain regular contact with the Client, bank candidates and agencies to keep them fully informed if the status of booking
Work with resourcers to find suitable candidates and inform recruitment strategy's
Proactively place bank &agency workers into jobs or shifts
Comply with SLA requirements of client signed contract
Ensure all booking procedures are followed to fill shifts and jobs
Achieve targets and objectives
Experience working in a busy office environment
Excellent Customer Service experience
Confident and professional telephone manner
String organisational skills and good attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
