An exciting opportunity has come up for an ambitious and dedicated individual who has previous Administrative experience to work on behalf of a Global Document Management company based in Bradford.
• Opening post, and sorting internal documentation
• Scanning documents onto the internal data base
• Checking and scanning documents
• Printing documentation and preparing them for dispatch
• Must have office experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Time Management
• Attention to detail
• Previous IT experience
Hours: 6am until 2pm – 7.5 hours per day (you MUST be able to get to Bradford at 6am)
