An exciting opportunity has come up for an ambitious and dedicated individual who has previous Administrative experience to work on behalf of a Global Document Management company based in Bradford.
• Speaking to Customers about claims relating to their PPI claims that have come through to the bank
• Inputting customers details onto the internal data base
• Checking and scanning documents to verify their claim
• Check statements to if PPI was applied
• Must have Administration experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Time Management
• Attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and IT packages
Hours: Office is open from 6am until 6pm – Normal 7.5 hours per day
