An excellent opportunity has arisen for a French speaking Account Manager to join a growing business on the outskirts of Oswestry, Shropshire. Monday to Friday 9-5pm

Account Manager -

Your role:

To have ownership of several accounts and be directly responsible for the administration, management and customer co-ordination.
Dealing directly with clients and customers via phone and email on a daily basis.
Total project management.
Quoting for future projects in consultation with the line manager or relevant senior member of staff.
Promoting the company to help capture new sales.
Liaising with other members of the department's team in meeting the business strategy.
Delivering a high-level of customer service during day-to-day contact with clients and dealing with all customer service issues.
Ensuring Company Quality Management System is followed.
To be responsible for raising monthly invoices timesheets and profit & loss reports.
To assist with Client meetings and sales pitches.
Ensuring Individual and departmental Key Performance Indicators(KPI)/Targets are met.
Any other duties as required in line with this role.

Skills required:

Fluent in French - Writing/speaking
Good computer skills on Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Previous experience within a similar role.
An excellent eye for detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work using own initiative.
Able to work to deadlines under pressure
Adapting to changing priorities.
Methodical approach to problem solving.
Flexible approach to working hours.
