Job Details

Temporary role to commence as soon as possible based in Shrewsbury - for up to 6 months possibly longer.

The role is call centre based, dealing with in bound calls.

Previous call centre experience desirable.

Previous work experience within the NHS/GP Practice would be a distinct advantage.

Experience of EMIS and/or EPS is desirable.

You will need to be computer literate, have excellent communication skills and be able to manage and prioritise your workload.

Responsible for dealing with calls, updating databases and general departmental administration tasks.

Ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Successful candidates will require a DBS to be processed prior to the commencement of the assignment.

Hours of work are full time Monday to Friday Pay rate is £9.12 per hour, free parking available.
