Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator for an immediate start long term temporary role based in Celtic Springs.

Previous office experience is essential as you will be required to provide administration support to a team of people and duties will include:-

- Data entry
- Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Analysing data and producing reports
- Accessing information in support of departmental activities

The successful candidate must have:-

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Fast and accurate data entry skills

Hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
