We are looking for a Permitting Support Officer for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment until March 2019.
Working within the Permitting Development & Support Team you will be required to provide administrative duties associated with the permitting process.
Duties will include;
- Processing permit applications
- Updating permitting systems
- Ensuring billing systems contain accurate date
- Liaising with internal and external clients
The successful candidate must have:-
- Previous administration experience
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communications skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to manage your own workload and deliver results to timescales
- Experience of website publishing and maintenance
