Job Details

We are looking for a Permitting Support Officer for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment until March 2019.

Working within the Permitting Development & Support Team you will be required to provide administrative duties associated with the permitting process.

Duties will include;

  • Processing permit applications
  • Updating permitting systems
  • Ensuring billing systems contain accurate date
  • Liaising with internal and external clients

The successful candidate must have:-
  • Previous administration experience
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage your own workload and deliver results to timescales
  • Experience of website publishing and maintenance
