Our client based in Cardiff is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant for an immediate start 3 months temporary assignment.
The successful Candidate will provide efficient, accurate and prompt secretarial and administrative support. You will be liaising with stakeholders, managers, external organisations and you will be able to organise your own workload.
Liaise with Directors and Heads of Service
Co-ordinate and organise meetings, programme events, conferences, travel and accommodation arrangements
Have an understanding and knowledge of company policies
Manage the diary, scheduling appointments and meetings
Proof reading own and Directors' correspondence and documents
Monitor progress of orders
Audio and copy typing and formatting of correspondence
Deputise for the PA as required
Effective planning and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Successful Candidate might be required to undertake other duties which fall within the grade of the job, in discussion with the manager.
