My growing client in Burton on Trent are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant/Office Junior to join their team on a permanent basis.
• Sales order processing, shipping and invoicing using in-house software
• Raising purchase orders
• Handling incoming telephone calls and emails
• Customer service; answering customer queries about the product range and providing information about their pending orders
• Dealing with visitors
• Maintaining customer database
• Updating sales price lists
• Liaising with carriers
• Incoming Post
• Good computer skills; competence in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Dynamics Navision ( NAV ) software preferable
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Experience in a similar job role.
• Ability to work as part of a small team or on their own using self motivation & initiative.
Desirable qualifications and experience:
• Prior knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be highly desirable, however not essential as full training will be provided.
My client is offering a salary of £16,000-£16,500 pa working Monday to Friday on a permanent basis.
