Our prestigious client based in Burton upon Trent is looking to recruit a number of customer service professionals who are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service to the already established client base on an ongoing temporary basis. There is the potential to be made permanent for the right candidates.

Main duties for the customer service role include:
- Handling inbound calls
- Handling complaints and queries
- Dealing with customer requests
- Providing a high level of customer service
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a good telephone manner
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Have a good attention to detail
- Be confident and driven
This contract will work for on a basis of 37.5 hours per week, weekday shifts varying between 9am and 7pm, for 8 hour shifts. And will require working three out of four Saturday and Sundays 10am-4pm, the rate of pay will be £9.00 per hour with free onsite parking.
Good IT skills will be required alongside exceptional customer service skills.
