This is an exciting opportunity to join our prestigious client based in Burton Upon Trent on a part time basis as a professional and articulate office administrator to provide comprehensive support to the local office, Group Leaders, Project and business. This is a temporary position for at least a six month period with benefits that include- Free onsite parking, a competitive salary and the opportunity to work for an established and reputable company. Duties of the role include: • Ensuring that visitors are greeted in a timely fashion, signed in and out with the correct passes issued. • Review the Office Maintenance Schedule and ensure all routine service contracts are being met on time • Use of a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office, monthly Floor Plans are upload and Capacity Spreadsheets are updated • Manage the online and paper filing systems. • Arrange for the regular testing of electrical equipment and safety devices • Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs • Ensure that professional standards are always maintained within the meeting room suite and be the first point of contact for Facilities Management Team and Office queries. • Be responsible for New Starter office inductions, ID Pass activation and de-activation for leavers and any office desk moves. Manage Pool Car and Laptop Bookings and ensure records are up to date. • Complete stock checks and ordering kitchen, toilet and stationery stock • Raise on-going 12 month PO's for service agreements, ad-hoc purchase orders for monthly facilities and PO's for invoices • Manage the secure room, recording and logging hard copy documents and CD's • Organise annual office events and fund raising events and any ad hoc office tasks when required. The successful candidate will: • Have a professional telephone manner • Have worked as an administrator before • Have the ability to manage own workload • Be competent in MS packages such as excel and outlook • Be highly organised • Have excellent interpersonal skills This contract will work on a basis of 20 hours per week, working the hours of Monday to Friday, 10AM-2PM, with some flexibility. And will offer a rewarding salary £21,500K PA pro rata.
