Job Details

My client based in Swadlincote are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The role will be highly administration based and attention to detail is key.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records
• Communicate with sales managers providing them with administration support
• Updating internal systems
• Updating spreadsheets
• Generating reports
• Answering telephone calls as required
• Ensure high attention to detail

Skills/Experience required:

• Previous experience of working within Administration
• Excellent IT Skills - must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience and knowledge of pivot tables
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi task
• Complete reports
• Produce presentations

The role will include working Monday to Friday. My client is offering an attractive salary of £18,000 pa. This will rise after your probation period.
