This is a unique opportunity to join a significantly growing team for our prestigious client based in Burton Upon Trent as a Customer Service Advisor. This is a temporary ongoing position which allows the successful candidate to work for an established and reputable company.

Duties of the role will include:
• Data Entry
• Answering inbound telephone calls
• Responding to customer queries
• Allocating work to engineers
• Providing a high level of customer service

The ideal candidate will have:
• A keen focus on delivering quality customer service
• Strong PC skills
• Experienced in a customer focused environment
• Understanding of KPI's
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
• Reliable and committed to attending work on time
• Good Communication skills – written and verbal
• Attention to detail and analytical problem solving
• Flexibility to task and hours

This position will require the successful candidate to work the hours of 8.30AM-5PM, Monday to Friday, with one early finish a week on a rota basis. This position will pay the worker a rewarding salary of £16,000-£18,000 PA, depending on experience.
