To continue with our success, we are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and resilient individual to join our Burton on Trent office as a Business Development Consultant (BD Consultant) on a full time, permanent basis. The role is focused on developing new client relationships.
The successful postholder will have a background in a fast paced role within a Sales / Business Development.
Generating new business; bringing on new clients and winning business
Selling our range of recruitment services based on the specific needs of each customer to achieve your sales target.
Attending local business events.
Developing brand awareness within the local area.
Creating and maintaining a structured sales plan.
Developing a strong understanding of your area and your market.
In return a competitive basic salary is offered, plus uncapped commission with a good holiday allowance, increasing with service.
