About the role
As a Legal Secretary you will work with the matrimonial fee earner and you will assist in other departments when needed.
Your role as Legal Secretary will be varied and will include typing, keeping appointment diary, filing, faxing, office requisitions, day to day dealing with clients, face to face, by email or phone calls.
When assisting in the general working of the matrimonial department you will also maintain the database and perform general admin duties including review system.
If you are self-motivated, hardworking, eager to learn and have legal experience then this could be the role for you!
You will receive support and training from your friendly and experience co-workers and you'll be part of a very successful and efficient team so we'd like you to be the type of person that can adapt quickly.
Ideally you will have worked in a secretarial/administrative role and you will be familiar with Microsoft packages.
