BRANCH MANAGER -

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Billing Manager/Branch Manager with a real passion for building and developing long standing relationships? If so please see an excellent opportunity to work for one of the largest independent recruitment agencies within the UK based at one of their leading offices in Burton upon Trent.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the purpose of the role is to build long term relationships with clients, business owners and candidates in order to secure repeat business, bringing on new accounts and managing accounts brought on to their full potential.

The successful candidate will receive excellent training and mentoring.

Key duties include -

Managing the day to day branch operation.

Management of the financial success of the branch ensuring that KPIs and Sales Targets are achieved.

Training, coaching and developing a team of recruiters.

Identifying and contacting decision makers within prospect customers in order to develop relationships, fact find and market research and booking appointments to visit customers.

Interviewing and registering candidates, checking documents and references and assigning candidates to bookings. Updating and maintaining database accuracy

The successful candidate will be an energetic and driven professional, with a passion for achieving goals. They would also have the ability to manage a sales pipeline, work to KPI's and have a desire to be a real achiever.
