RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - PERMANENT DIVISION

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the purpose of the role is to build long term relationships with clients, business owners and candidates in order to secure repeat business, bringing on new accounts and managing accounts brought on to their full potential.
The successful candidate will receive excellent training and mentoring.
Key duties include
Identifying and contacting decision makers within prospect customers in order to begin developing relationships, fact finding and market research, booking appointments to visit customers.
Interviewing and registering candidates, checking documents and references and assigning candidates to bookings. Updating and maintaining database accuracy
The successful candidate will be an energetic and driven professional, with a passion for achieving goals. They would also have the ability to manage a sales pipeline, work to KPI's and have a desire to be a real achiever.
