I have a temporary ongoing role with a chance of going permanent for the right person. This will be working for the global market leader in the logistics industry who commits its expertise in international parcel, express, air and ocean freight, road and rail transportation, contract logistics and international mail services to its customers
I am looking for a dynamic, resilient hardworking Customer Service Advisor.
This position is based in a fast paced transport office so I'm looking for someone with the following skills:
• PC / Microsoft Literate
• Familiar with Microsoft packages
• Possess UK Geographical knowledge
• Financial awareness
• Team player
• Answering calls and emails in a live capacity
• Updating various spread sheets with issues and their subsequent resolution
• POD Management
• General office duties
