An expanding company awarded in the Top 100 employers in the UK is seeking an Area Recruitment Account Manager based in the south west of the country to join its expanding logistics team. Although there will be some expectation of travel to external meetings outside of the area; the role covers an area in the South West from Reading to Bristol. In return you will receive an excellent basic salary plus company car and commission.
The role is to manage an estate of recruitment contracts within an established national contract, providing temporary labour to meet the fluctuating needs of its driving and industrial business.
As the Area Recruitment Account Manager your duties will include:
·Liaising with clients;
·Conflict escalation and resolution;
·Planning for peak periods within the business;
To be a successful Regional Account Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
·Previous recruitment experience, (preferably within logistics and warehouse);
·Experience of people management;
·A track record of meeting KPIs and SLAs.
