We are currently supporting a fantastic Training Provider with their Customer Service Provision in Swindon.
Due to growth we have immediate position for an experienced NVQ Assessor within Customer Services, Business Administration and Team Leading.
This Training provider is currently working on-site with a leading contact-centre to support their training provision. You would be based on site in Swindon and monitor up to 45 learners onsite as they work through their NVQs.
You will receive a highly competitive salary of up to £24000, 22 days and bank holidays. You will also qualify for the company pension scheme, laptop, mobile and other benefits.
As an NVQ Assessor you will be supporting learners who are undertaking a wide range of Apprenticeship Qualifications including:
- Customer Service
- Business Administration
- Team Leading
As a Trainer/Assessor you will be supporting apprentices through the full apprenticeships up to L3 including Functional Skills.
Within this role as a QCF/NVQ Assessor you will also be supporting learners with information and guidance, enrolment of learners and working to specific quality and completion targets.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required for the NVQ Assessor:
- Assessor Qualified, A1, TAQA, AVA or equivalent
- PTLLS or other teaching qualification would be desirable
- Functional Skills at Level 2 or equivalent
- Experienced of assessing apprenticeship Qualifications in Business Admin and Customer Service
- Experience of delivering/assessing Functional Skills
