Our client base in Northumberland, near Prudhoe is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to provide support to their front of house office facilities. This position is temporary to permanent and you will work as part of a job share either 9am till 1pm or 1pm till 5pm Monday to Friday. Some full time flexibility would be required to cover holidays and absence within the team. The hourly rate for this role is competitive.
The successful candidate must have previous experience of working in a similar role providing both front of house and administration support within an office based environment. It is essential to have excellent communication and organisational skills, work well in a team and have proficient IT skills
Duties will include:
- Handling telephone calls (switchboard experience is essential)
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Generalist administration support
- Distribute incoming post and organise courier services
The company is accessible via public transport however we recommend you have your own transport. The offices are modern and have a friendly working environment, with an onsite canteen and free car parking.
