Our client is a globally successful organisation, with long running links to the Newcastle area. Their local facilities are rapidly expanding - and with growth comes opportunity! You will support customers with a wide-range of queries relating to their financial accounts. You won't need to sell anything at all, but you will still earn bonus (up to £250 per month!) by impressing your customers with your exceptional service skills. This is a challenging role, where each day you will encounter new problems and encounter new individuals, each with their own unique requirements.
SALARY: £15,600 - £16,300 (earning potential up to £19,300 OTE)
There are NO SALES involved in this role and we don't require Call Centre Experience. You will need to meet the following criteria PLEASE CONSIDER CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING:
Candidates MUST pass a CREDIT CHECK (No Outstanding Missed Payments, Bankruptcies within the last 5 years, Outstanding CCJs or current Debt Management Plans)
Candidate will be required to undertake a CRB CHECK, if you feel you may not pass this please give us a call as this need not necessarily rule you out of the role
You must possess Customer Service experience, this could be from within a retail, hospitality, office-based or contact centre role. We are looking for candidates who have helped resolve customer enquiries, handled complaints and solved problems for Customers
Applicants must be available to work 40 hours per week on a permanent basis. Shifts are between 8am and 9pm, including weekend work and candidates must be fully flexible in working any shifts between these hours.
Start dates is 12th October. No holidays for first 4 weeks after this date due to training.
