Location: Leeds/West Yorkshire

We are currently supporting one of the UK's most reputable Training Providers .
Due to new contracts we are looking for an experienced Business Development and Employer Engagement Executive with experience of supporting and selling Apprenticeship Programmes.
This organisation is currently delivering a wide range of Apprenticeships and Traineeships to companies on a national basis.
This company offer a highly competitive salary of between £22000-£24000, Bonus, Pension Scheme, Employee Benefit Scheme and excellent career opportunities.

Main duties of the Business Development Executive/Employee Engagement will include:
" Employer Engagement with external partners
" Attending appointments to discuss how apprenticeships schemes work, benefits, costs and sign up process
" Selling Apprenticeship schemes to external clients
" Forging new networks, through Business Development techniques, cold calling, Lead generation, marketing campaigns and social media, ie Linked-in
" Working to set sales targets in the form of apprenticeship starts
" Attending networking seminars, breakfast meetings

Skills and Experience Required for the position of Business Development/Employer Engagement Executive
" Previous experience working within Business Development/Employer Engagement
" Proven track record of selling Apprenticeship Programmes
" Demonstrates evidence of exceeding sales targets through cold calling, lead generation and new Business Development
" Up to date knowledge of Social media platforms such as Linked, Facebook, Twitter etc
" Flexibility to travel through England with overnight stays as and where required
" Target/Sales focused who can work on own initiative
" Experience of preparing and presenting to Senior Management
" Full UK Driving license
