CUSTOMER ADVISOR ROLES

£14,650 - £16,000 basic + bonus (up to £450 per month). Permanent role.
This is a fantastic opportunity with great prospects! You will be working on incoming calls, you will talk to the client about their recent motor accident in order to work out if the accident was their fault or the fault of a third party. You can help arrange to have their car repaired, arrange a courtesy car for them and point them in the right direction if they need to make a personal injury claim. Full training and support is ongoing.
The basic salary for this role is between £14,650 and £16,000 per annum (dependant on experience) and there is a very achievable bonus scheme, based on realistic targets.
You will also receive 22 days annual leave (+ Bank Holidays and this increases with service), reduced gym membership, discount card and EE Perks (up to five contracts offering 20% discount). Free parking and full canteen service are available on site too!.
Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 7am and 9.30 pm. You should expect to work up to two weekends per month, with alternative days off given during the week.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO APPLY?
You must be able to pass CRB check also be a holder of a Full UK Driving licence (although we will consider applicants who have passed their Theory Test and have not yet sat the practical). You must possess some form of Customer Service experience, although this does not have to be from a Contact Centre background, it could be Retail or Hospitality.
