Pertemps Recruitment Agency is looking for an Administrator to support their expanding Commercial Division based in Newcastle city centre. This is a permanent role paying between £16,000 and £18,000 + bonus, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. This is a fast paced position, therefore having the ability to adapt on a daily basis is important. You will have a clear telephone manner, work on your own initiative and have a friendly personality. Proficient IT skills are essential including a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook.
This position would suit a recent Graduate who is looking for career progression.
Duties will include:
" Resourcing for one of the companies highest billing consultants
" Advertising jobs
" Candidate attraction and CV sifting
" Liaising with both candidates and clients via telephone and email
" Assisting with vacancies
" Loading application forms
" Legislation checks
The hours of work will be 9am till 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
