Growing international company is seeking to strengthen its HR team with the appointment of an HR Administrator.

Providing generalist support for both internal and external customers with specific focus on management of the HR information system, responsibilities will include:
All aspects of HR Administration including recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
Administration of the HR and ERP systems, supporting users across the business.
First point of contact for systems advice and guidance
Ensuring quality and integrity of system data
Production of standard and ad-hoc management reports
Ensuring HR documentation is managed in line with GDPR
A range of other duties as required.
Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role with strong IT skills and ideally prior knowledge of HRIS systems demonstrating strong accuracy and attention to detail.
You should also have a proactive approach and the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. A confident communicator, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills along with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
This is a full time, permanent role.
