The Role

Working as part of a team, you'll be responsible for providing a range of administrative services including:

  • Initiating client files and ensuring quality checks are performed
  • Ensuring relevant documents are included
  • Processing information to specified time scales
  • Liaising with external clients and internal colleagues
  • Running regular reports
  • Scanning and filing
  • Other administrative duties as required

The Candidate

Candidates should have strong organisation skills and the ability to work to timescales whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy. You will also be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels. Knowledge of MS Office packages is also required for this position.

The Benefits

Salary will be c£18,000pa plus a range of benefits. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
