Our client, an international company is seeking to appoint an experienced Retentions Executive to join its growing team.
This role involves working Monday to Friday, office hours and offers a competitive salary of £18,000, plus uncapped bonus structure and excellent benefits - OTE c£30,000
Working as part of a successful team, the role will involve:
Working with a defined number of business customers
Managing client renewals and maximising retentions
Maximising cross selling opportunities.
Ensuring achievement of revenue and unit targets.
Provide telephone sales support to both internal and external customers
To support client retention rates through achieveing a mix of inbound calls, emails and proactive calls prior to the contracts renewal
Ability to learn order processing system regarding all aspects of order entry and maintains accurate records of all sales activities and customer communications.
Candidates should have experience in a similar customer focused role and have strong communication skills, excellent closing skills as well as good knowledge of MS Office packages.
