One of the worlds largest logistics companies are seeking part time call centre agents to join their ever expanding team.
The role requires successful candidates to gather the voice of the customer through the NPA (net promoter approach) using calls and text messages. You will contact existing customers and identify areas of the business which require attention and improvement.
The main duty of the NPA caller will be to contact existing customers and ask them to score their feedback. All feedback scores are then recorded on in house systems and team managers from the department the feedback relates to will call the customer back and talk through possible avenues to improve the service received.
Ideal Candidates will posess the following:-
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent telephone manner
- keen eye for detail
- positive and enthusiastic
- passion for customer service
- flexible work approach
- planning and organisation of own work loads
Hours for these part times roles will be between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. An example of a part time shift within this role would be 10:00 until 14:00 (4 hours max). Additional hours can be a possibility but this is not essential.
Weekly pay, offering £10.32 per hour, holiday accrual and other benefits possible.
