A Temporary to permanent position working for an established business within the NG15 area of Nottingham as a Customer Scheduler.
The main emphasis of the role is to Service the needs of customers by resolving customer scheduling and requirement issues.
Ensure that Customer Orders comply with contractual agreements
To manage and control the acceptance of customer requirements
Monitor Customer Order status and progress of parts in production.
Maintain professional business relationships
Liaising with the Sales team and work closely with Purchasing to resolve supply problems.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, interpersonal and listening, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally
High level of professionalism and integrity operates to the highest ethical standards.
Hours of work Mon - Thur 7.00-16.00 & Fri 7.00-12.00 (39 hrs )
